Ingredients Required

250ml, 1.5 Cup
Fine Flour (Maida)
40gm 5 tsp.
Dissolve in a cup water
Steps of Cooking
- Marinate Meat with Ginger-Garlic paste, half cup water & 1 Pkt. Saud Shahi Nahari Masala for 10 to 15 min.
- In a Cooker heat oil and fry chopped Onion and put marinated meat & fry 5 to 7 min. & add 2-3 cup of water cover and cook 10 to 15 min. until meat tender.
- Open the lid & further cook until oil separate from the gravy, remove excess oil and keep aside.
- Now add 5-6 cup of water & add gradually dissolved fine flour in the gravy keep stirring & mix bring to boil, now add separated oil. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilly & fried onion serve delicious Nahari with bread.
