Ingredients Required
Buffalo Hooves (2 pc.)

Steps of Cooking
- In a cooker add washed hooves (paya), 1.5 to 2 ltr. (8-10cup) water, 1 tsp salt (10g.), 1 tsp garlic paste now cover and cook 7 to 10 min. on high heat, 35 to 45 min. on low heat until hooves (paya) tender completely.
- Open the lid collect marrow and remove large & waste bones, separate hooves (paya) and stock keep them aside.
- Heat Oil fry ground onion until light golden now add 1 pkt Saud Paya Masala, ginger-garlic paste & separated hooves, marrow, fry upto 8 to 10 min. Now add separated stock keep stirring & bring to boil. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onion and serve.
