Steps of Cooking
- Marinate Meat with Curd, Ginger-Garlic paste, 1 Pkt. Saud Mutton Qorma Masala for 20 to 30 min.
- In a Cooker heat oil and fry ground Onion and put marinated Meat & fry up to 5 to 7 min. then add 1 cup water (175ml.) cover and cook 10 to 15 min. until Meat tender
- Open the lid & further cook 2 to 3 min. garnish with chopped green coriander & serve delicious Qorma with Rumali Roti.
