Boti Kabab Masala

Raw Papya

250ml, 1.5 Cup
Green Chilly

Leaves 2 tbsp.
Steps of Cooking
- Marinate boneless meat cubes, ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste and one pkt. Saud Boti Kabab Masala for (mutton 20-30/buffalo meat 50-60 min.)
- In a cooker heat oil fry sliced onion add marinated meat and fry up to 5min. then add 1 cup (200ml.) water now cover and cook (mutton 10-15/buffalo meat 20-30 min.) on low heat until meat tenders.
- Open the lid and further fry then add roasted besan (gram flour) mix and cook for 2-3min. until thickness of gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves, fried onion serve delicious boti kabab with rumali roti/paratha.
